Creating a league & season

Anyone signed in can run their own league — no invite needed. It takes about a minute: make the league, make its first season, then open the roster. If you're fuzzy on the difference between the two, read Leagues & seasons first.

Step by step

  1. Sign in. Use Discord or a magic-link email. The first time you sign in the app makes your profile automatically — there's nothing to request or wait for.
  2. Open Admin. It's in the top nav once you're signed in. This is your organizing hub; it lists the leagues you run (nothing yet on a fresh account).
  3. Create the league. Under New league, give it a name and pick the game — Kill Team or Warhammer 40K. A league is tied to one game and keeps its name year on year, so name it for the group or the shop, not the current campaign. Hit Create league and you're its organizer.
  4. Create the first season. A brand-new league shows a create the first season prompt right on its card. Name it (Season 1 is fine) and create it — that drops you on the season admin page, where you set the round count, schedule, scoring, and everything else. Later seasons are added the same way from inside the league.
  5. Open the roster. Get players in with a per-slot invite code or the season join link. From there you build the schedule, run rounds, and crown finals.

What "running it" means

Creating a league makes you its organizer. You — and anyone you add as a co-organizer on the roster — control that league and its seasons: rosters, schedule, scoring, Discord, and awards. Nobody else can change your league, and you can't change theirs. Run as many leagues as you like; each is its own world.

Just want to play, not organize? You don't need any of this — wait for an invite or join link from whoever's running your league.
