Your profile

Your profile is the you part, as opposed to the warband part. It is written once and read in every league you're in, now and later — which is the difference between it and your loadout, where everything is declared fresh per season.

A player's profile: their avatar and name, their record for the season, head-to-head results against other players, and their trophies.
How another player in your league sees you.

Name and avatar

Your display name is what appears in standings, on fixtures, in recaps and in the Discord posts your league gets. You can change it whenever you like and it updates everywhere at once.

Your avatar comes from Discord by default. Upload your own and it wins everywhere instead — useful if your Discord picture isn't the face you want on a league table. You can drop back to the Discord one at any point; the app keeps it. With neither, your initials stand in, so you are never a blank space next to your name.

About me

A few lines about yourself, for people looking up an opponent before a game. How long you've played, what you like about it, whether you're here to win or here to drink coffee and push models around.

It is the person, not the army. The story of your warband is Team Lore, which lives on your loadout because it belongs to a particular team in a particular season.

About me is the one piece of your writing that no AI ever sees. Team Lore can be rephrased into a weekly recap; an introduction is not flavour for a story about a game, so it is kept out of that entirely and only ever shown as you wrote it.

Typically available

When you're normally free for a game: seven days, three blocks each — morning, afternoon, evening. Tick the ones that are usually true for you.

It is deliberately coarse. It's a habit, not a calendar: no dates, no proposing a time, nothing to accept. An hour-by-hour grid is the kind of thing people fill in once and never correct, and an out-of-date answer is worse than an empty one, because people act on it.

Here's what you get for it. A round is a fortnight to find one evening that suits two people, and it always opens with the same two messages. When both of you have filled this in, your fixture just says what you have in common — "you're both usually free Wed–Fri evenings" — so the conversation starts at the useful part. It names the shared pattern and never a specific date, because a pattern can't be wrong.

Like About me, this is per person rather than per league, so you set it once. The same panel appears on your loadout page, and editing it in either place changes the one value.

Dates and times

How dates and times read for you: the time zone, the date format (day first, month first, year first, written out, or Imperial dating — 0 734 026.M3), and a 12- or 24-hour clock. Each choice shows an example of what it prints before you save it.

A league can pick these too, in its Settings, so everyone in a one-town league sees that town's time and its usual way of writing dates. Your own choice always wins over the league's, one setting at a time: pick only a 24-hour clock and you still get the league's time zone and date format. Anything nobody has picked follows your device.

Only you see your choice, and it holds in every league. It changes how the app's pages show dates, not Discord posts, and it never moves anything — the weekly recap still posts on its own schedule. When a time is shown in a zone other than your device's, it is labelled with that zone.

Your trophy case

Every award you've ever been given, from every league, in one place — because an award belongs to the player, not the season. When an organizer finalizes an award it leaves that season's Awards page and lands here for good.

It looks the same to everyone. Someone from another league opening your profile sees your whole case, not just the trophies from leagues you happen to share. More in Awards.

Per season, not per person

For completeness, the things that are not here, because they change from league to league: your faction, what your models really are, your army list, your Team Lore, and where you play. Those are all on that season's Loadout tab.
