Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Auspex Fatalis is a free app for running recreational tabletop wargaming leagues. By using it you agree to these terms. They're short, because the app is a hobby project for hobby leagues — not a commercial service.

What this is

A tool for organizing league play: standings, schedules, galleries, awards, and Discord announcements. It's recreational. Nothing here is a competition with prizes we run, a ranking body, or a service you pay for.

Your account

You sign in with Discord. You're responsible for what's done from your account. Don't impersonate other players or misrepresent results.

Your content

What you upload and write — photos, Team Lore, captions, army lists — stays yours. By posting it you let the app show it where you posted it: to your league, in its recaps and announcements, and on the season's public pages if your organizer publishes them.

Moderation

League organizers run their leagues: they can edit rosters and results, remove photos and text from their league, and remove players from their seasons. The app's operator can remove any content or account that breaks these terms. Sportsmanship ratings you submit are shown only to your organizer — see the Privacy Policy.

AI-written commentary

Where a league turns it on, recaps and match announcements include AI-written flavour text. It's colour, not record: the facts come from the league's stored results, and the prose is entertainment. If it ever reads wrong, the standings are the truth.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is, free, with no warranty of any kind. It may go down, lose data, or change without notice. We do our best — there are backups and tests — but you use it at your own risk, and our liability to you is zero to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Questions, disputes, takedowns, and everything else: the Auspex Fatalis Discord.
